Day #702 (Tue., Dec 6, 2011) – The Fire Truck Book
I had to go get some DVD+R disks at Target in Morrisville today and happened to be passing by the $1 display. I saw a great little book of trucks that is in itself shaped like a fire engine (see photo to the left). I got it for Katie (it’s only a buck after all). We are not going to give it to her when we go to Jeanette’s Christmas party on Saturday evening.
We took Katie to Trader Joe’s this afternoon. My wife wanted to get some goodies for the Christmas party this Saturday evening and Katie enjoyed running around and touching all the “stuff”. When she passed the miniature watermelon she stopped…so we got one for her.
There is a spot on the Mary Poppins DVD that “stops” and we are wondering why. Katie has taken to kicking the DVD player with her feet so perhaps that is the cause.
