Day #747 (Fri., Jan. 20, 2012) – Calming Down In Class
My wife sent me the following message last night…

Katie has been up since 2 am… At 4 am she watched the Goblin Night while daddy was sound asleep… It’s 5 am and I just put Katie to bed – she fell asleep in my arms… After multiple attempts putting her to bed failed, I just rocked her to sleep like a baby. 🙂

Thought I would take the time to show you what we feed the duckies when we take Katie to the lake across the street…Dollar Store bread (see photo to the left).
Ramona took Katie to her class this morning and said that Katie was no problem. It has been hard to get her to sit still during the various segments of the class but perhaps she is going to be calming down in class now this phase is behind us now.
I sang the song “The Wheels On The Bus” to Katie this evening. She started to act out the various movements like: wiper movements, the driver movements, the wheel movements, etc.
I was playing with Katie this evening and put a wooden puzzle piece into a notebook. Katie promptly said “Where did it go”? Where did she get this from?
