Day #775 (Fri., Feb. 17, 2012) – Buck Naked!
Ramona took Katie to her school class this morning but Katie would not stop saying “go home” so Ramona took her home. She was tired…she was up late last night.
I took my wife to a consignment sale at a church in downtown Cary this evening. I drove around in the car with Katie while she shopped. She picked up some nice dresses for Katie. I initially thought the yellow one was an apron.
She also picked up a nice wooden alphabet puzzle (see photo to the left) for Katie. Katie took to the puzzle with gusto…it is amazing how she can figure out the various letters and put them in place. She was especially fascinated with the “S” as it had a picture of a snake on it. She would pick it up and say “Snake…SSssss…”.
This evening Katie decided that she would take all her clothes off and run around the house buck naked! She had been taking her diaper off and socks before this but tonight she took off her turtle neck and everything.
This evening my wife told Katie that she would go and put pyjamas on her. Katie replied “No sleepy go play horsey”. Her language is exploding.
