Day #778 (Mon., Feb. 20, 2012) – President’s Day Off
I had today off today as my company celebrates President’s Day. It was nice to have an extra holiday and my wife and I took advantage of it. There was a slight dusting of snow on the ground (see photo to the left). We didn’t get the chance to take Katie out to play in it so I had my wife get some snow off the top of her car and put it in the freezer. I’m sure Katie will want to play with snow at some point…
With Ramona taking care of Katie we went to Baba Ghanouj for their buffet lunch then to see “The Artist” at Galaxy Cinema. It was nice to have some time by ourselves. My wife was saying this was the first time she saw a movie since Katie was born.
Today we had a phone call with Chris, a real estate agent in Chapel Hill. He gave us a lot of interesting information in regards to real estate in Chapel Hill. He gave us the contact information for Christina, a real estate agent in Cary who will hopefully help us to sell our house.
This evening Katie was in a dancing mood. We started off with some YouTube videos of Fred Astaire, then to Michael Jackson, then to Johnny B. Goode, then to Abba. She was really feeling the music and eventually was jumping around to anything with a beat. We had to calm her down and get her ready for bed so we found a YouTube video about www.relaxyourbaby.com This helped to relax her…
