Day #808 (Wed., Mar. 21, 2012) – “Hmmm…good…yummy water”
We found an old picture frame with a nice backing for Katie to assemble her Play Doh creations on. You can see it in the photo to the left.
A few days ago I mentioned to my wife that I used to play with modeling clay when I was growing up…not Play Doh. Since it is oil-based it does not dry out like Play Doh does. Well, my wife bought some from Amazon and it came today. Like my wife mentioned, it is stiffer and therefore harder to work with, but it won’t dry out either…so it will “technically” last longer.
This evening Katie was putting little pieces of Play Doh on the paper on her easel. I guess she has graduated beyond mere paints.
My wife was giving Katie a bath this evening when she dipped her fork in the bath water and gave it a lick. She then said “Hmmm…good…yummy water”.
