Day #948 (Wed., Aug. 8, 2012) – Plastic Shot Glasses
I went to the Dollar Store today and happened to come across a number of plastic shot glasses (see photo to the left). I remember how much fun that Katie had with the last package I got, so I decided to get the whole set…4 packages in all. Green, blue, orange and pink. This evening we assembled towers out of them. I’m not sure if she enjoyed assembling the towers or knocking them over the most.
Katie was “washing her hands” at the sink this evening. Whenever we are looking for something to keeping Katie “not fussy” and occupied something involving water is usually a good bet. Turning the water faucet on and letting her stand on a chair next to a sink is a good way for her to spend some time.
