Day #964 (Fri., Aug. 24, 2012) – Washable Markers
We talked to our real estate agent before I left for work this morning. We are in the final stages of negotiation on our house in Cary. Let’s hope that we sell this place soon so we can move on to our new life in Chapel Hill..
My wife’s friends from Lithuania left for their home in New York State around noon so Katie got a chance to play some more with their son. This was to be Ramona’s last day but with all the festivities my wife decided to take a day off and take care of Katie herself. We appreciate all of Ramona’s hard work and how well she cared for Katie. We’ll have to figure out a way to get her paycheck to her.
I went to Target today and picked up some washable markers for Katie (see photo to the right). With the new drawing books we got the other day they will make the pictures that much more clear and vibrant. The only issue is that we will have to be all that more careful with them…we don’t want to create a mess.
