Day #982 (Tue., Sept. 11, 2012) – Emily Makes Play Doh
Daddy is still quite weak from yesterday’s “festivities” but he still managed to make it in to work today.
Katie slept until 9:30am today. When she got up Emily took her to the gym. She played with Keira…her friend. Katie ate very little food today and Emily was glad that we told her. I guess that the other boy she used to babysit was quite the eater. Katie does have her eating “spurts” though.
When Katie came back from the gym she had lunch and slept for 3 1/2 hours. As you can see in the photo to the left the towers we are making with her are getting more elaborate.
Emily made some Play Doh from the preschool recipe…aqua-green. I guess it is a lot harder to make as there are more ingredients. Stirring it can be quite the challenge. We will have to make it at some point for Katie’s preschool so perhaps Emily will make it for us…if she is still with us that is.
When Emily left for the day Katie said “I like Emily”.
Katie and I made a Aqua-Green Play Doh Snowman this evening. Katie put the eyes on it.
Katie was bundled up on the couch looking at Oswald this evening. Coming down with something we fear…perhaps what daddy had?
