Day #1219 (Mon., May 6, 2013) – Feeding The Imaginary Ducks
The hummingbirds are back (as you can see in the photo to the left).
Lucy brought Zach over this evening. He enjoyed eating the cheese that fell off of Katie’s plate onto the floor. Katie was going to paint the television and I told her not to. Lucy told her that something might come out of the television and grab her.
My wife sent some emails to some animal shelters inquiring about kittens. She is thinking of getting a pair of them so that they can keep each other company. Apparently the shelter recommends that if possible.
Katie has become a little helper as of late. Tonight she helped load the dishes into the dishwasher. She remembered exactly where to put the dishes…my wife showed her yesterday.
Katie brought some bread into the master bedroom this evening. She asked me if she could feed the ducks. Thinking this was an imaginary request I said okay. I should have known. Katie started taking pieces off the bread and throwing them off the bed.
