Day #1377 (Fri., Oct. 11, 2013) – Homemade Cookies
Another day of joint “Fish” classes at Katie’s school. Remember that blonde girl I met in the park a while back? Amelia? Well her mom was a substitute teacher at Katie’s school today.
I’ve noticed that Katie is becoming more and more attached to my wife as of late. It seems if you play with her or spend more time with her she will in turn become more attached to you.
Katie and I make cookies this evening (see photo to the right). Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies but the recipe wasn’t complete so I added this and that. I put in an egg and a banana, both of which were not called for. I had to try to keep Katie from picking out all the chocolate chips and eating them. I had Katie stir the batter for me.
I’m always searching for new scary stuff for Katie to watch it seems. I came across a Scooby-Doo show on YouTube, but it turned out to be an animation of a Scooby-Doo Video Game.
