Day #1477 (Sun., Jan. 19, 2014) – Getting Good At Mazes
My wife let some plaster of paris set inside toy molds yesterday so they are set today. Katie painted them to make some decorations and the resulting fridge magnets are shown in the photo to the left.
Two games of football on today so I want to get some stuff done around the house this morning. I caulked the tub in the bathroom this morning. I actually did this a few weeks ago but since the caulking was old it wouldn’t set. This one did the trick…it was effectively setting as I was putting it down.
My wife put the Christmas decorations up in the attic this afternoon while I handed them to her up on the ladder. The only problem with packing things in boxes like this is that Katie wants to unpack them. Not exactly very helpful when you are trying to put things away.
Later this afternoon my wife went to bed for a nap while I watched football and played with Katie. She wanted to go over an activity book with me and I was amazed at how she can figure out mazes now.
