Day #1510 (Fri., Feb. 21, 2014) – Hula Day At School
Katie dressed up in her hula outfit this morning (see photo to the right) as today they are having a hula and beach party at school. There was a tornado alert around noon but they were safe and sound in a room without windows with plenty of food and entertainment.
I went to Sam’s Club today to pick up supplies and got a large package of strawberries for Katie…they looked so delicious.
I went to bed soon after I got home this evening and my wife woke me up around 10pm. I tried to get Katie to go to bed around 11pm like my wife suggested, but Katie was having nothing to do with it. Different rounds of stories and cartoons and trips back and forth for various food and drink items. In the end she nodded off around 1:45am…
