I was able to locate a locomotive train toy in one of the boxes in the basement. It is brand new and I got it when they were having a toy sale at Kohl’s about 10 years ago. It’s in great shape and we loaded it up with batteries and it runs great. We’re planning on giving it to Luke (one of Katie’s classmates) for his birthday.
I took another vacation day off from work today and ended up running quite a few errands. I went to WholeFoods and got some goat’s milk for Katie. I also went to Target to get some baby wipes. My final stop was to the Dollar Store where I got Katie some glitter glue (see photo to the left).
We’ve started to look into sending Katie to camp this summer. The cost rivals what we are paying for nannies and she might learn an activity that will be her passion for life. For example, Gymnastics Camp is about $6.90 per hour, Farm Camp is about $6.00 per hour and Dance Camp is about $9.00 per hour.
