Katie drew the lovely picture to the left and brought it to me in the bedroom. She said that it was a wagon on green wheels with a blue string that you could use to pull it (see photo to the left). I told her that it could also be a tiger with a blue head who was being wheeled on a cart to the zoo. She listened intently…
Katie was very upset that she couldn’t go to school today. She wanted to play with Eleri. It took a lot of convincing to let her know that none of the kids went to school during the weekend.
Katie was on the living room floor this afternoon making a list of all the pets that she wants. Oh oh…sounds like trouble…
I found the Frozen song “Let It Go” on YouTube…the version where various girls from around the world sing it. Katie was quite fascinated with it. It’s very interesting in how similar all these girls sounded.
I went to Trader Joe’s for supplies this afternoon. They had a new series of stickers that I picked up for Katie. One thing she wanted was yogurt. I also got her some licorice candy…not sure if she will like it or not.
