Day #132 (Sat., May 15, 2010) – Fascinated With My Face
When I got up this morning my wife and child were already up. Little Katie was in the process of wearing out the springs in the Jumperoo.
I took little Katie out for a stroll this morning. I’m reminded of the song “…strolling through the park one day…in the merry, merry month of May…” How about a chipmunk version, which for some reason seems more appropriate.
The photo to the left shows little Katie in the stroller, a view of the lake, and one of the neighborhood geese.
We had another Skype session with my mother this afternoon. Little Katie was especially active and showed her “nana” what she could do in the Jumperoo.
Little Katie seems to be fascinated with my face. I’m not exactly sure why, but she loves to walk her fingers up an down it. Perhaps it’s the 5 o’clock shadow and sandpaper feel that she finds fascinating?
