Day #1771 (Sun., Nov. 9, 2014) – Visiting Gabby
Katie spent most of the day at Gabby’s house. It was great as it gave us time to clean up our house and run a few errands.
My wife got a lot of baby kicks today. Little Bobby is up and making her know it.
Katie borrowed a magic wand from Duncan a while back. The fur on it started to come off so my wife asked me for a solution. My solution is in the picture to the right. Glue gun’s solve almost every adhesive problem (unless the material itself will melt when heat is applied). I got this glue gun from A.C. Moore’s with a 50% off coupon. Not only does it come with its own carrying case to keep track of wayward parts, it is rechargeable so you don’t have to always be beside an outlet to use it.
We have a real problem with the sink in our 2nd bathroom. It just won’t drain. I spent most of the day trying to fix it. I bought a snake from Lowe’s. I even bought a gallon of liquid draining solution. It might be time to call a plumber.
