Day #1777 (Sat., Nov. 15, 2014) – Thanksgiving Decorations
I’m still not feeling the best so my wife took Katie to the Chinese Music Class today. We chose not to have Katie in any of the promotional brochures for the class. The teacher was not too happy but it was our choice.
This afternoon Helen came over to play with Katie. It’s hard to believe that two small girls can make that much noise. No problem for sick daddy…he slept through it all.
This afternoon I managed to garner the strength to drive my wife and Katie to Michael’s, then A.C. Moore, to pick up Thanksgiving Decorations. Michael’s had practically nothing but we did get a Thanksgiving sign and some crafts at A.C. Moore (see photo to the right). A quick dinner at Moe’s and then it was time to go home.
I tended to Katie while my wife had a nap. When she got up I had put Katie in her room for bed but she was far from being “wound down”. I guess that there was just so much going on today it took a lot longer than we anticipated.
