Day #1816 (Wed., Dec. 24, 2014) – Calling NORAD
Katie woke up at 9:45am this morning. At 10:15am our neighbor Genevieve called my wife asking for a ride home from the hospital. We were happy to help out.
Katie and I left some milk and cookies out for Santa this evening. We even crafted a nice letter for him (see photo to the left).
Batman managed to catch a mouse somewhere in the house. I guess you could call it his Christmas present. He would growl whenever Robin came close to him.
Katie is very excited to have Santa come tonight. When we showed her a Santa tracker on the computer she said that now she knows Santa is real. She even made note of Rudolph’s red nose as the sleigh bustled about.
My wife went to bed for a nap this evening and Katie and I managed to get the folks at NORAD on the telephone. She told us that Santa was in the Northern Sahara which is in South America. Really!!!
