Day #1914 (Wed., Apr. 1, 2015) – Little Bobby’s First April Fool’s Day
Late night/early morning and little Bobby will not go to bed. My wife decided that we would pump some milk into a bottle so that we would know exactly how much he was taking in (due to the clear plastic). That seemed to do the trick as he went to sleep soon after.
I was up early with Katie this morning. While she watched the cartoon “Guess How Much I Love You” I did the dishes. Soon we were playing CandyLand.
Melanie came to babysit Katie today. They were gone from 9am til just after 5pm. Nikki was going to tend to Katie but she had things to do and we think she wanted to give Melanie a chance to bond with Katie.
Melanie took Katie to the pool at her place. They then went over to Hannah’s parents to see their dog.
I went to WholeFoods for supplies today as we were low on goat’s milk. I got a big bag of scallops as I thought Katie would like them. I made them for dinner but she didn’t really care for them. I think we’ll go back to shrimp…she likes that.
Katie managed to sleep outside of her circular tent this evening but she did make a nice little resting place at the foot of her bed for her plush leopard (see photo to the left).
