Day #1963 (Wed., May 20, 2015) – Hugging Hannah
When I dropped Katie off at school this morning Tatum’s mom came up and gave me a baby bowl (see photo to the right) that has a suction on the bottom (so that it will not move as the baby tries to fish for food). She said that she was getting rid of her baby stuff. I thanked her and told her that my wife does most of the shopping in this department.
When I got home from work today Katie was hugging Hannah’s leg. She is totally in love with her and they play so nicely together. In fact, Hannah is more of a sister to her. She cried when Hannah left.
When we were deciding which babysitter to get for Katie on Monday Katie said that she preferred Hannah as Melanie does not play with her. In fairness to Melanie Katie did tell us that she doesn’t ask Melanie to play with her as she doesn’t know her very well. Hannah said that maybe we should get Melanie as they are having a tough time financially. We’re leaning more towards Hannah as Katie loves to be with her so much.
My wife weighed little Bobby today. He was: 14 lbs 9.5 oz (6620 g) – that’s 6 oz a day?!
