Day #2167 (Thu., Dec. 10, 2015) – Falling Asleep In The Crib
My wife has been going to the office every day this week so she took Katie to school this morning. As a result I got to sleep in for a bit. Being sick it seems that I cannot get enough sleep these days…
Katie just loves the cheddar cheese sticks I picked up at Trader Joe’s for her lunches (see photo to the left).
Arnesa was trying to read Katie a story this evening as she ate her dinner. Katie was bounding about so Arnesa threatened to leave and Katie calmed down.
No more of those little Moe’s plastic cups for little Bobby. He ripped through one with his teeth the other day and cut part of his lip. He really liked munching on them but all things must come to pass.
I’m still suffering from this lingering cough/cold/”whatever”… My wife sent me this email after I went to bed:
Bobby just fell asleep at 9:23 PM – in the strangest way… At 8 pm he had lots of milk, but didn’t fall asleep. At 9:15 PM after multiple failed attempts to put him to bed (milk, rocking, etc.), I put him in a crib – he happily played for 5-10 minutes and fell asleep! Last night was a bit similar – I put him in a crib for a few minutes to play, but then had to give him some milk anyway.
