Day #2172 (Tue., Dec. 15, 2015) – Crawling Backwards
The stockings are up on the mantel (see photo to the right)…Christmas will soon be here.
My knee is pretty sore so I decided to work from home today. My wife took Katie to Glenwood School in the AM and then went to work. Arnesa came and took care of little Bobby.
Little Bobby is moving around a bit now…just not in the mode that we expected. He will get on his tummy and push his arms down, which means he will crawl “kinda”, but backwards. As he cannot see where he is going he will often get stuck. Arnesa had to help him when he backed up into some furniture and could not go any further. All in all, he has a big smile on his face and is happy with this new skill.
Katie was in very interesting mood this evening. She was bouncing about and seemed very hyper. I asked her if she had much chocolate today. I then asked my wife and Arnesa if they knew what was up…they didn’t. Maybe she just didn’t get enough running around the play yard at school today.
