Day #2222 (Wed., Feb. 3, 2016) – Spaghetti Dinner
I took Katie to school this morning and forgot to put her backpack (see photo to the right) in the car so I had to drop her off and then run home and get it. While I was taking it into school I saw Susan. I was thinking of telling her the real deal about the MDL website issues, but decided to wait. Some other time…
This evening was the spaghetti dinner fund raiser at Katie’s former preschool. We bundled up little Bobby and all of us got into the van for the quick ride over. This was the first time little Bobby got to sit in his new car seat.
Little Bobby was his normal charming self. Katie wanted spaghetti with no sauce…in fact she hardly ate anything til it came time to have dessert. She saw some of her former classmates, Anna and MacKenzie. Elise was there as well but Katie never did play with her very much…she was too into sports for Katie’s liking I think. We bought a box of girl scout cookies while we were there…Katie wanted the peanut butter ones.
As we were leaving Jack arrived with Eleri, about 45 minutes late. Not sure if there was any food left by the time they arrived.
