Day #2280 (Fri., Apr. 1, 2016) – April Fools Day
The little device on the right is where Katie will be storing her baby teeth. She doesn’t want to give it up to the Tooth Fairy. I’m not sure how much the Tooth Fairy gives for teeth these days anyway…
Katie tried to play an April Fool’s Day joke on me this morning. She told me that I had no teeth. I thought she meant there was something on my teeth so I did check. I asked her if she saw the moose in the backyard. She started to check and then realized that I was playing an April Fool’s Day joke on her as well.
I decided to go in to work today but I’m still not 100%.
Katie was a ball full of energy this evening. We’re not sure what the deal is, but she’s been full of energy and hard to calm down for about a month now. I keep forgetting that when she gets this way there is nothing like a good ole’ hug to calm her down.
When she laughs Bobby will laugh, when she cries Bobby will cry, so he is deeply affected by her moods and antics.
