Day #2360 (Mon., June 20, 2016) – Flint Michigan Water
I had an appointment this afternoon with the doctor who operated on my knee. We waited from 4pm to 6pm in the office before he even saw us. He was surprised that I was not better by this point in time. Luckily Cameron was able to babysit late tonight and take care of our kids. Do these people think that only their job is important and everyone else has no life? Even restaurants have some sort of a beeping mechanism to call you when your table is ready. These people just don’t care…
The photo to the right shows the fluid that the doctor took out of my knee. He says that it always looks like that, but it sure looks like Flint, Michigan water to me (i.e.: Flint, Michigan has had problems with drinking water as of late due to lead in the pipes).
Katie, who is always interested in operations and doctor stuff wanted to know all about the appointment. She loved seeing the picture of what the doctor took out of my knee. I told her that I cried like a baby when they gave me the needle in my knee for my cortisone but she knew that I was just joking.
