Day #2405 (Thu., Aug 4, 2016) – Shushybye

2016-08-04 - Science Class ProjectsKatie made snow today in science camp (see photo to the left). Yesterday she made goop. I learned that they also simulated a volcano in today’s class.

We dug up the remote control car that we bought Bobby a while back. He enjoyed playing with the buttons and driving the car, but not as much as I thought he would. Somehow he realizes what is a toy and what is for an adult. He definitely prefers the “toys” that adults have.

Bobby is coming down with something. We’re not sure where he got it from since the rest of us are fine. His little hands are real cold but his face and forehead are burning up. His little body understands the importance of drinking lots of fluids when he is sick so his sippy cup is his constant companion.

This evening I came across this show on NetFlix (i.e.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shushybye) and recognized Michael North. I went to college with him a while back. In the show he is the lead singer of the band. He was always a great singer.
