Day #2471 (Sun., Oct. 9, 2016) – Meeting Kristen
My wife told me that Katie is making a list of do’s after our talk last night. She wants to ensure that she doesn’t miss anything and, as a result, we can have the Halloween party over at our house. The photo to the left shows the sign that she put up on her bedroom door. It say’s “Do Not Get Wout Of Bed” and a picture of her in bed when the moon is in the sky.
Kristen came over around 3pm this afternoon to meet the family. We are currently looking for a nanny for Bobby as Arnesa will be leaving in a little over a month to have a baby girl.
Kristen is currently taking courses online. Her major is psychology but she is planning on changing it to child education. Her family lives in North Durham but she is living in Chapel Hill now, not far from Katie’s preschool and the swimming pool where Katie took lessons during the summer. She has three pug dogs and a tabby cat. As soon as Katie heard that she had pug dogs she ran off and got some Lego pugs to show her.
Katie practices the piano by herself this evening. She is really making progress. My wife and I think that learning piano is something that we should force her to do even if she doesn’t want to. I have never heard of anyone who took lessons and quit who is glad that they did.
We’re not sure what’s up with Bobby. It was really hard to get him to sleep this evening. He’s been fussy since last Thursday.
