Day #2492 (Sun., Oct. 30, 2016) – Natasha’s Birthday Party

2016-10-30-basement-skeletonThe photo to the left shows another photo from our trip last night to scout out Halloween decorations. Here are the kids enjoying a skeleton climbing out of the basement at the “famous” Halloween house in Southern Village.

I went to the gym this afternoon and stopped off at WholeFoods on the way home as we needed to get some more goat’s milk for Bobby. I was hoping that I could pick up some Budweiser & Bud Light for the party tomorrow but they didn’t carry it. As a result I needed to go to Harris-Teeter as well.

I lost my handicapped parking pass. I thought that it had accidentally gotten thrown out as Bobby will rip it off the rear view mirror when he is pretending to drive the Camry. As it turns out it was attached to the rear view mirror on the van.

Susan took Katie and Helen to Natasha’s birthday party this afternoon. It was at a bouncy house in Raleigh. A long way to drive to and from a party. Katie got a “Do It Yourself” hand puppet as a party gift.

Bobby watching Alvin & The Chipmunks on Netflix this afternoon. Already said “No-No-No” to Hi-5 and Mother Goose Club.

It was hard to get the kids to bed tonight. Katie, of course, is happy that Halloween is tomorrow, but we’re not sure why Bobby is up? I took turns flipping back and forth between the World Series Game (game #5 in which the Cubs beat the Indians) and all of Bobby’s shows that we will eat while watching.
