Day #2525 (Fri., Dec. 2, 2016) – Visiting Baby Ayra
On the drive to Glenwood this morning Katie told me that the teacher put her between two boys, Theo and Isaiah, at lunchtime so that they would not talk to each other. I asked her how she felt about that and she said happy as she was glad she was being useful.
My wife took Katie to see Arnesa and Ayra at the hospital in North Durham this afternoon. She took Arnesa a “stolen” cake that we purchased at Trader Joe’s. I guess that Ayra is constantly hungry…I remember those days well.
Bobby found a black marker this evening. You can see the result on the bathroom sink in the photo to the right.
My wife got Katie a balloon today at Party City. This evening Bobby was parading around with it sounding out the “Bbbbb” sound which seems to be his favorite these days.
I fed Bobby two jars of prunes and a whole bowl of oatmeal this evening. It continues to amaze me just how much food this kid can eat.
