Day #186 (Thu., July 8, 2010) – Organic Avacado “Mush”
Today was a very exciting day in the life of little Katie. For starters she turned onto her tummy a few times. She was put to bed and ended up on her tummy…figure that!
The second time that little Katie rolled over onto her tummy she managed to find a book…the Ratatouille one (see photo to the left), and played with it a bit. She even managed to push a few of the buttons that generate the various sounds. All in all she was entertaining herself for quite a while.
Another milestone today…little Katie ate a whole teaspoon of organic avocado “mush” (she must like this better than organic sweet potato “mush”). There was no head turning in disgust, no fussy mussy, just mouth open and down she goes. My mother-in-law was holding her and eating ice cream as my wife fed her….so perhaps she got the idea it was fine to eat solid food after all.
