Day #2549 (Mon., Dec. 26, 2016) – Christmas Lights In Cary
I stopped off at Party City this afternoon. I saw the various pinatas available. Nothing had a triple clef on it, but there was one where you can “Make Your Own” pinata. This might be a better option than making one…
Katie is bored today after all the excitement yesterday. My wife is thinking of taking her and Wyatt to the Greensboro Aquarium.
This afternoon Katie watched the “Jungle Book” movie that just came out on Netflix. This is the same film that I saw with Katie this past summer. It sure doesn’t take long for movies to get to television these days.
This evening my wife and I bundled up the kids and drove them out to Cary to see the Christmas lights. We stopped off at the new Wendy’s on Davis Drive & High House for dinner first. Katie and Bobby loved running around just as much as the food. We left Bobby’s water bottle on top of the van…a guy on the road pointed to this fact but we could not find it when we stopped to look.
Bobby & Katie loved the big light display on High House. We also stopped off at the Cary house in our old neighborhood (see photo to the left). There was a big pile of leaves outside their house and Katie said that jumping into it was the highlight of the trip.
