Day #2648 (Tue., Apr. 4, 2017) – First Day Back At School
The photo to the left shows the “Crazy Cat” video that Bobby likes so much. He will laugh and laugh at the antics.
I took Katie to school this morning for the first time in quite a while. She said that her tummy was sore as I drove her to school but at least she didn’t throw up in the car. I was teasing her that her friends would come up to her and say that they thought she had moved to China. I built her up by telling her how much her friends must have missed her because she was so popular. She looked genuinely happy when I dropped her off.
This evening Katie was crying on the couch. I asked my wife what the problem was and she said that she tried to take a picture of a bird and the bird flew away. Such seems to be the case with Katie these days. One moment she is well and the other moment she has a stomach ache. One moment she is crying and the other moment she is up laughing and jumping around.
This evening my wife put Katie to bed and managed to clean her bedroom as well. As she emerged from her room my wife said “Your daughter is nuts”. She started to laugh and was all happy once my wife yelled at her.
I gave Bobby a piece of chocolate this evening…he wanted the whole thing. His comment was “My cookie”. I guess he thinks a cookie is anything sweet.
