Day #2667 (Sun., Apr. 23, 2017) – Planning Great Wolf Lodge
I got up in the middle of the night and assembled the toilet tube car garage for Bobby (see photo to the right). It’s hard to do it any other time as soon as Bobby sees you doing something he will want to “help”. I needed to have time for the white glue to dry so that the tubes would stick together.
My wife changed the sofa around this afternoon. It is now further away from the window that our little “acrobat” will no longer be able to do summersaults off the window.
This afternoon we took the kids to YoPop. On the way home we stopped in at the automatic car wash. The kids got a real kick out of that.
This evening I mentioned to my wife that we should take the kids to Great Wolf Lodge sometime and we showed the kids some videos of it via YouTube. Katie was all over that. She kept talking about it and asking when we could go. My wife booked a date in June via a Groupon coupon she found online.
As I was feeding Bobby this evening he put his hand on top of my hand, waved his finger at me and said “Yess Pa Pa”. He made it quite clear to me that he wanted the “Hello Johnny, Yes Pa Pa” video next.
