12:01am – The internal clocks of both my wife and I are shot. We went to bed early this evening and are both up now. We got talking about how little Katie still won’t go from her stomach to her back. Babies are supposed to do that at 4 months, but little Katie has done that only a couple of times. If she wants a toy and she is on her back she will roll on her side and to her tummy immediately to reach the toy…just not stomach to back. Instead of a chipmunk maybe we have a turtle on our hands!
10:00am – NEWS FLASH! Little Katie just rolled over from her stomach to her back!
I haven’t highlighted any of little Katie’s clothes lately so I thought I would upload a photo of three dresses that my wife bought her yesterday at the mall (see photo to the left).
We just had breakfast. Little Katie finished a whole jar of organic sweet potato “mush”. We were commenting on how she is a “generic” baby…like a baby doll. She really doesn’t have any distinguishing features at this stage. Maybe we should submit her photo to the Gerber Baby Company.
Little Katie was very fussy this afternoon and nothing could calm her down. We gave her a bit of child’s tylenol, then decided that she needed a drive. We ended up at a pizza parlor down the road (little Katie’s first pizza parlor experience) then to the Regency Park area to see all the expensive homes. My mother-in-law and wife stopped in to see one of the display homes while little Katie slept and I drove the car around the block.
WHAT I LEARNED TODAY

1) Little Katie saw the inside of her first pizzeria today.
