The photo to the right shows a beautiful drawing of a bird that Katie did. She said that art camp gave her instruction on how to draw the eyes. I think the eyes are what I find the most realistic about the drawing.
I worked from home today. Most people took today off as well since tomorrow is Independence Day. It was a quiet day at work…nice…I could actually get some work done without people bothering me.
Katie fell down on the pavement today so there was a big crying session over that. We’re not exactly sure why she fell, but a big bowl of ice cream and a bit of cheesecake seemed to remedy the situation.
Today was Bobby’s first visit to the shed. My wife needed to get our baby gates for Arnesa as her daughter is crawling now, at 7 months, the same age that Katie started to crawl. Bobby didn’t crawl til he was 11 months old.
Katie gave us a concert this evening. This is quite hard to do with Bobby around. He wanted to kick her off the chair and give his own concert.
This evening Bobby found a flashlight and we had loads of fun playing with it. He liked to shine it on the ceiling and we played under a blanket with it.
