Day #2744 (Sun., Jul. 9, 2017) – Two Parties For Katie
Bobby is becoming quite the comedian. As I was feeding him this morning he pointed to the wall behind me and said “spider”. I turned around and he smiled…the little jokester.
Katie had two parties today. In the morning she went to Wyatt’s birthday pool party. My wife got him a little drone as a present. In the afternoon she went to Mattie’s birthday, the Chinese girl who she goes to dance class with. Her birthday was at a pool as well. My wife took Bobby to the first party, but I stayed home for Bobby’s nap while she took Katie to the second party.
One of the boxes from Amazon that came is the perfect size for Bobby to get into and play (see photo to the left).
As I was leaving the house this afternoon I threw the ball to Ginger. She ran to the end of the driveway even thought I threw the ball in the other direction. She eventually went to the area that I pointed but ran right over the ball. Is this breed really a retriever? Maybe it is just her. When I got home about an hour later I saw the ball near the front door, so she eventually figured out where it was.
I’m thinking of creating a series of videos with Katie in which I draw something on the screen and she does the same on her side of the paper. We will upload this to YouTube for the whole world to see.
