Another day of acting camp for Katie.
The photo to the left shows various baby “torpedos” that my wife got for Bobby. They are effectively swimming pool toys, but Bobby enjoys them in the tub.
Cameron took Bobby to the “Life and Sciences Museum” in Durham today. I thought he would really be interested in the rocket at the entrance but Cameron says he is more interested in the phone booth located nearby.
This evening we met Esmerelda who is applying for the job of Bobby’s nanny this fall. Since Bobby will be going to preschool part time on Mondays and Wednesdays my wife plans to put him to sleep when he gets home. This means we only need a nanny for 3 days starting in September, and that is proving to be a challenge in finding someone who only wants to work part-time.
This evening Bobby and I played hide and seek with flashlights. This seems to be his favorite game as of late.
Bobby got into my eye glass case on my bed desk and brought my glasses out to me in the living room. I’m going to have to remember to keep them out of his reach. He is a very inquisitive person and loves to get into “whatever” is new and exciting. I think the fact that I don’t let him play with my glasses entices him even more.
