Day #2784 (Sun., Aug. 20, 2017) – Making An Eclipse Camera
Katie and I made a pinhole camera to see the eclipse tomorrow. I saw a design on the internet that utilized a cereal box and some tin foil. You can see Katie peering through the finished product in the photo to the left.
I had to go to both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods today for supplies. We needed more baby oatmeal for Bobby and Katie wanted some cupcakes. They were down to the last two containers of mango sherbet so I nabbed both of them up. You never know when they will get a new truck supply.
Hopefully Bobby will sleep tomorrow during the eclipse so we can all watch it and not have to deal with him being up. Having said that, his napping has been erratic as of late, so we need to plan for some issues. If he is up we will take turns tending to him and seeing the eclipse.
