Day #2788 (Thu., Aug. 24, 2017) – Eleri Is In Katie’s Class
Bobby is really into wearing Katie’s bicycle helmet around the house. He even insisted on wearing it during his nap.
I had to go home by 4pm today in order to take care of Bobby so that my wife could take Katie for grade 2 orientation. I gave Bobby a boiled egg and some turkey slices for a snack. He ate away and watched “Fireman Sam” on YouTube.
My wife texted me that she just learned Eleri will be in Katie’s class this year. Oh no! Are we going to have to have a repeat of the pre-school years with all that drama. We’re going to contact Mr. Rathbun first to get details on why this has taken place. Once we get the facts we can take appropriate measures.
I forgot my laptop at work this afternoon in the mad rush to get home. As a result, once my wife got home at 7:15pm I rushed back to work to pick it up. If I didn’t, the security guard might have put it in storage and heaven knows how long it might have taken to get it back.
