Day #2860 (Sat., Nov. 4, 2017) – Katie Gets A Medal
My wife drove me to Urgent Care this morning as our doctor does not see people on the weekends. Mike, our neighbor, came over to tend to Katie. Bobby was still asleep when we returned. I got some more antibiotics.
My wife took the cats to the vet this morning, along with Katie and Bobby. They were delighted (see photo to the right).
Another soccer practice for Katie this afternoon. They passed out medals to all the team and Katie loved her medal and proudly showed it off when she got back. I tended to Bobby. I was able to feed him but lacked the energy to put him to bed.
I finalized plans with Terry this afternoon. He is my friend from Nova Scotia and will be visiting up from Key West as he heads back to Nova Scotia. We will be having lasagna, but since his wife Elizabeth is allergic to cats, they will be sleeping in their camper.
I can tell that Bobby really misses his daddy. He acts differently when I appear from the bedroom after all my sleeping.
