Day #2866 (Fri., Nov. 10, 2017) – Teacher Work Day
Katie is home today as it is another teacher work day. I was up early getting breakfast and she materialized out of her bedroom around 7 am. Funny how she has no problem getting up early when she has the day off, but it’s a real struggle when she needs to go to school.
Lizzie, my wife and I were trying to get Katie to eat her breakfast this morning. She wanted to go play but would not finish her buckwheat. She started to pout so Lizzie sent her to bed. It’s funny how she will spent so much time pouting over stuff like this, trying to get her way, when if she could just open up her mouth and have a few bites it would be all over.
Bobby brought out a box to hide in this evening (see photo to the left). Of course he had to dump all the contents onto the floor in order to get into it. While he was inside he screamed pretending that there was a ghost in the box with him.
I felt well enough to feed Bobby this evening. While I was feeding him my wife went into the master bedroom to look for my wallet. The last time I saw it was on the bureau just before I left for the hospital.
