Day #2875 (Sun., Nov. 19, 2017) – Katie’s Diary
I went to Trader Joe’s’ early this morning to get a turkey in case they are sold out due to the mad Thanksgiving rush. The place was packed even though I was there after 11 am. The reason being is that a few weeks ago the government allowed wine sales at 10 am instead of noon.
Katie got her diary today (see photo to the right). I showed her how to hide the key with duct tape. I also explained to her how you could create a secret safe for the key out of an old book you have lying around.
This evening I went to Trader Joe’s again to get the full supply of Thanksgiving “fixins”. I had to go to Harris-Teeter afterwards as TJs were out of blueberries. Blueberries are needed for Bobby’s special lunch at preschool tomorrow…they are making fruit salad.
Bobby got his car stuck inside the ambulance this evening. Daddy had to disassemble it to fish it out.
