Day #2888 (Sat., Dec. 2, 2017) – Ayra’s First Birthday Party
My wife took Katie to a yard sale this morning and got all kinds of goodies that we have been needing. The main thing was a pair of winter boots for Bobby. She also got a huge Batman doll and Katie loved the Robot Kitty she got (see photo to the right).
Once Bobby got up we went over to Arnesa’s apartment for Ayra’s first birthday party. My wife got her a spoon set that has Ayra engraved on the handle. Arnesa had us write down in a book our thoughts of Ayra. I wrote that I will remember her smile and my many attempts to generate one.
The Bosnian family was at the party as well. Zmeden is taking the family to Richmond, Virginia this afternoon. He was showing Omar and Bobby some Tom & Jerry cartoons on his cell phone.
