Day #2926 (Tue., Jan. 9, 2018) – Bobby’s Magic Finger
Katie was feeling fine this morning so I was able to take her to school. We swung by Helen’s house to pick her up as well. On the drive to Glenwood Katie explained the “Elf On The Shelf” to Helen. I learned something new…appparently the Elf’s Christmas stocking was his gift to Katie. We will have to keep this in mind for next year.
I spent some time today working on a “Green Screen” video for Bobby. I was able to find a free green screen video clip of a gunshot blast and a free audio clip of a laser blast. By putting this over the video of Katie and Bobby around the dining room table I had a nice little clip of a gunshot blast going off when Bobby pointed at the umbrella light (see photo to the left). Bobby loves this little clip and will get me to play it over and over again on my smartphone. “Do it again” he will say repeatedly.
