Day #3005 (Thu., Mar. 29, 2018) – Vending Machines At Work
I have managed to mess my back up somehow. I think it’s because of the ab machine that I tried out last night at the gym. It’s the first time I’ve used it.
They have installed vending machines at work (see photo to the left). The coffee and tea are free, but you have to pay for everything else. It’s on the honor system, but they do have video cameras recording your every move if someone decides to take something. No cashiers or cooks in sight. The wave of the future.
Katie got her braces out today. She can eat gummy bears again.
This evening we went to McDonald’s on 15-501 so that the kids could play in the play area outside. A little boy pushed Bobby and he pushed him right back. He knows how to stand up for himself. There was quite the drama at the counter. The lady could not get the order right and it seemed it took the whole crew to figure out how to give me a receipt.
We stopped off at Arnesa’s afterward. In the van, Katie got talking about how she wants to Foster care pets during the summer break. She also mentioned that Zoe is her best friend now.
