Day #3019 (Thu., Apr. 12, 2018) – Crazy Hat Day

2018-04-12 - Crazy Hat DayToday was “Crazy Hat” day at Glenwood (see photo to the right).

Helen and Katie were talking in the back seat of the car how they wanted to have a sleepover or playdate this weekend. Katie mentioned to Helen that she wanted to start a dog walking business.

On part of the trip to Glenwood Katie and Helen were speaking very softly and trying to not let me hear their conversation… I’m going to have to talk to my wife about what these secrets are and if we should get involved…

We got an email today from Jack regarding the MDL program. It’s back on the “chopping block” again. He said:

I hesitate to use the class e-mail lists to get in touch with parents, but if there was only one time in my two years as MAC cochair that I would do it, it is today. Please reply to this e-mail to get on our listserv if you are not already on. If you only get on it from now through May 3 when the board votes on the fate of our program, it would be so much help. We need everyone to be a part of this conversation for the next three weeks.

We see that the knee surgeon has opened the email that my wife sent him. He didn’t respond. Trying to figure out what’s up and how to proceed so that insurance will cover the surgery? Let’s hope… We have a meeting with him next Monday so if he doesn’t respond we will be able to talk to him then.
