My wife changed the dressing on my knee at 11 am this morning. this afforded us the opportunity to see what the scar looked like (see photo to the left).
I have been spending quite a bit of time in my room as of late. After his nap Bobby was expressing how much he missed me, so I decided to take a walk. I ended up walking back and forth down the hallway about 10 times. My knee feels real good, and I am certainly doing much better in regards to medication this time around.
Sometimes I can sleep and sometimes I cannot. Sometimes, once I take an oxycodone, I am “out like a light”. Once this happens I don’t even hear the two horses (i.e.: Katie and Bobby) jumping around in Katie’s bedroom. Tonight was not to be one of those nights. I heard every jump and yell.
