Day #3065 (Mon., May 28, 2018) – Mall Chair Massagers

Today is Memorial Day so no school or work.

I slept in this morning and was awoken by Bobby. He wanted to see his daddy as he was chasing Guenther and fell down. He has scrapes all over his toe, knee, and face. We watched a bit of “Simon The Bunny” on Netflix on the bedroom television and that calmed him down.

The two battery-operated cars I picked up at the Dollar Store are no longer working so I took them apart. As it turns out, they had hair all over their axels. I cleaned them up and they were good to go.

At noon Katie and I played a bit of the vet game. My wife went to bed in the afternoon and said that Katie could play on the computer but she had to do some of her Australia passport kit as well. I suggested to Katie that she do this first to get it out of the way. She did.

2018-05-28 - MassagerKatie called Bobby “stupid” so there was a bit of drama over that. I fed Bobby yogurt by pretending that it was hiding from a dinosaur and Bobby was the dinosaur that ate it. Katie helped out by feeding Bobby a bit later.

This evening we walked the shopping mall and had Chick-Fil-A for dinner. The kids got a kick out of the chair massagers in the middle of the mall (see photo to the left). $1 for 3 minutes…cheap entertainment.

This evening I showed the kids how to make blow guns out of straws.
