Katie wanted to spend time with my wife rather than go over to Arnesa’s today, so my wife dropped just Bobby off. I saw a picture of Bobby and Claudia, the other child that Arnesa takes care of. Claudia is a bit shy and insecure while Bobby’s face is beaming with confidence and excitement. Where does he get this from?
Bobby expressed an interest in the baby food pouch that I got him at Aldi the other day, so I drove to Aldi today and bought him one of each flavor. I left the bag on the kitchen floor and unfortunately Bobby decided that he would screw the tops off a few of them. Wastage…
My wife took Katie to her new piano teacher this afternoon. She is a professional piano teacher and the experience will be good for Katie. The teacher mentioned that she could fit Bobby into her schedule as well, but if he sings like he does six more months on his own will not hurt him.
I made dinner tonight. “Cauliflower” rice with carrots, mushrooms, meatballs, mozzarella cheese and a bit of Alfredo sauce (see photo to the left) and everyone loved it. The secret ingredient was a bit of honey.
This evening I made some “special” brownies. Trader Joe’s brownie mix with a bag of frozen spinach and two cups of oats. Delish and relatively healthy as well.
