Day #3140 (Sat., Aug. 11, 2018) – Sam’s & A Donut
I took Katie out for Daddy/Daughter Day #72 today. We went to Sam’s Club (see photo to the right). We picked up the PJ Masks book for Bobby that I saw the other day. We also got a Unicorn activity set for Katie.
After Sam’s we sent to Dunkin Donuts on Franklin Street for a donut. A vanilla sprinkled donut with chocolate milk for Katie. We also got the same donut for Bobby. I had a 2/1 coupon I purchased from Groupon the other day, so it was cheaper than normal. Time to try and save money.
On the way home Katie asked me if the following would be a good prank. To join two pieces of bristol board together and pretend that they were one. I told her that if you were able to pull this off it would not be a prank, but theft, and you would be prosecuted for this. I told her that stores have cameras and clerks are well aware of the various antics of thieves, so if she feels so inclined, DON’T. The criminal record you get will follow you around for the rest of your life. She just listened and took it all in and then said that she would not do anything like this.
